If you decide to cancel your submission before the festival submission deadline, you are eligible for a full refund of the submission fee. Requests for refunds must be made via email to our support team at least three (3) days before the festival submission deadline. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your refund request. If you cancel your submission after the festival submission deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund.
